Paris is easily accessible from everywhere with two international airports. Both operate services from and to 697 cities.

From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport:

Take the RoissyBus to Paris–Opéra, then take Metro Line 8 (direction Balard) to Madeleine, and change to Line 12 (direction Mairie d’Issy) to Porte de Versailles–Parc des Expositions station

Take the RER B (direction Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse) to Cité Universitaire station, then take tramway T3 (direction Pont du Garigliano) to Porte de Versailles–Parc des Expositions stop

From Orly airport:

Take the Orlyval train to Antony, then the RER B to Cité Universitaire, change to the tramway T3 and get off at the Porte de Versailles–Parc des expositions stop

Take the Orlybus to Denfert-Rochereau, then the RER B to Cité Universitaire, change to the tramway T3 and get off at the Porte de Versailles–Parc des expositions stop

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Paris Convention Center is available by:
  • Metro: Line 12, Porte de Versailles station / Line 8, Balard station
  • Tramway: Lines T2 and T3a, Porte de Versailles–Parc des Expositions stop
  • Bus: Line 80, Porte de Versailles–Parc des Expositions stop / Line 39, Desnouettes stop
  • Bicycle : Vélib' station in avenue Ernest Renan

The Metro: From anywhere to anywhere in less than an hour!

It is the cheapest, easiest and fastest way to get around Paris. There are 16 metro lines and some 300 metro stations; the entrance is indicated by a large yellow letter ‘M’.

Metros start running every day at around 6am and stop at around 12.45am (from Sunday to Thursday) or at 1.45am (on Friday and Saturday).

The frequency at which metros run depends on the time and day: at peak hours, metros run every 2 minutes.

Metro tickets cost € 1.90 each (€18.60 for 10). You can buy tickets at automatic ticket machines in metro stations.

  • Paris ‘Rive Droite’ (‘Right Bank’)/CDG Roissy = €53
  • Paris ‘Rive Gauche’ (Left Bank’)/CDG Roissy = €58
  • Paris Rive Droite/Orly = €37
  • Paris Rive gauche/Orly = €32
  • ... and vice versa
